AVOID this business. Henry was dishonest and disrespectful with me. Im from out of town and sent my vehicle to their location after a a breakdown because they are AAA certified. Henry told me the very soonest they could even look at it was in six days. I live 3 hours away and was stuck at their location and decided to go to walk to a dealership. Within an hour they MAGICALLY had time to give me a diagnostic. I was shocked when they called me and they said long story short your engine and radiator need to be replaced. When I asked what the estimate was he couldn’t provide an answer or tell me what parts would be needed to make the repair but said he would prepare an estimate. When I returned they charged me 130$. It felt pretty clear to me that they simply wanted to charge me for a diagnostic in the off chance that I decided to use it for trade value. They gave me a wildly inflated estimate of $9,412.22 for parts and labor. The labor broke down to $4,212.00. I don’t know what the hourly rate of a mechanic is but the median dentist in the United States earns about 100$ per hour. Let’s call them equals…. Are you telling me that it’s going to take a mechanic a full work of 40 plus hours to uninstall my engine and radiator and install a new one? I decided to have the vehicle towed to a mechanic near where I live and the diagnostic was thorough with pictures and came in at a price that was $2,500 less than Precision.
