They told me I needed transmission replaced car had been ran into. I fought with insurance company come to find it is was rack -n-pinion steering that was the problem. I paid to have them drop the bottom of transmission to prove to insurance company that it needed the new transmission. They replaced the fluid with cheap fluid. They are not who you want to trust!!! Driving car for a year now no transmission problems at all they flat out lied to try and get $8000.00 from insurance company. When they were busted they decided to say it had transmission problems now and then I wrote them a letter asking for the fluid to be corrected to the right fluid since that is what they told the insurance company they put in my car. No response. No trust sure Henry was nice but they were out to get money from a problem that was non existent. Lied!

They took my car in and did not question me as to what the repairs were. This is awesome since I am a female and often questioned over mechanical issues!

Their diesel mechanics is the best in town. Super clean installation and very thorough on following up. Highly recommend!!!!

Chris and the crew here provided a fantastic customer experience. Nobody wants to have to bring their car into the shop; but in the face of a very stressful breakdown, Chris was extremely empathetic and helpful during the process. The shop offers very fair rates and quality work.

Yes, Take your car here. I had taken my car to two other places in TD , one being the Dodge dealer, and they could not fix it. Precision fixed it (oil pump), they were nice and it is guaranteed nationwide.

Our check engine light started flashing on our way through. Pulled in and Henry has right on it. He knew exactly what we needed and did everything he could to help us out. He even came in on Sunday so that we could pick it up! Fast, friendly and reasonably priced!
