So I was in a trip to take care of my sister who's having a neck fusion surgery tomorrow. On this trip yesterday my phone took me off I82 and onto 14W on the middle of no where for miles. I finally made it the dalles with all my dash lights on and no power doing 30mph on the side of the freeway and to Precision Automotive in the dalles! I have to say they were SO GREAT! they got my issue fixed and worked me in and back on the road. Turns out the clip broke that hold the plug onto my alternator. Saved me money and time they fixed the clip and got me back on the road!! The hall at the desk is the greatest at her job and her customer service. 👏!!!!!!! SPOT ON GOOD BUSINESS!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Our suburban broke down on a Saturday during a weekend trip to the area. We had it towed to Precision Automotive hoping that they could look at it on Monday morning as there were no garages open on the weekend. They went out of they're way to get us repaired even though they were clearly booked up for the day. They sourced the parts and got the job done before closing on Monday, and I made it back to work for Tuesday. Yes, I highly recommend this shop!

I told them what was wrong with my car. So they said they would look at it. After that. They tried to charge me over $350. Just for looking at it. How are you gonna charge somebody that much money after I told you what was wrong with it. I did not pay that. Do not take your car there. Go to cascade motors. Or even rivers edge automotive.
