I had my car in a few weeks ago. Technician Dave helped us out. He was kind, genuinely cared about what we needed and did good work.

Took my truck in to replace the bad fuel pump. Already knew what it was just don't have the time to get it done myself. They told me after their diagnosis I needed the entire fuel system replaced. Said I put gas in my diesel. I drove the truck to their shop fuel pump problem was intermittent. I stated I only wanted the pump changed. They quoted way to high. I declined and brought my truck home. They broke the electric vacuum pump, lost the lount for it. Opened my fuel lines and didn't bleed them to refill and get pressure back in them. Thankfully they dropped the diagnosis fee because When I dropped it off I gave specifics of what I wanted even though they did none of what I asked. I don't recommend them for any Diesel work. I don't believe they are completely qualified

I had a dead battery across the street today at Sinclair. When I walked across the street they were more than happy to loan me a portable and didn’t want any money. Not only that they gave me directions to Napa and Les Schwab. If I ever break down again I sure hope that it’s close to their shop. Super friendly and helpful.

We had our 2008 lincoln MKX trans serviced at a transmission shop and they told us a fluid leak was from the front transfer case and would be $3200 to replace! We took it to Precision Automotive and they found it was a leak due to failed o rings on the flood cooler - $135! All I need to know about this company!!!

We had our 2014 lincoln MKX in for a check engine issue, they pulled codes and replaced os sensors and it still ran rough. They spent a lot of time going through the systems and found the issue. They only charged us for the work we asked for and had spent much more time diagnosing the other issue. Highly recommend 👌!

They got me into their shop within a week. Their friendliness and professionalism was amazing. When they couldnt get my f150 to relearn the cam position sensor, they didnt charge me anything. Totally awesome people. Completely amazed at their decency!

I stopped by Precision Automotive for a wiper fluid refill and they came right out and helped me. Their customer service is top-notch and you are making a mistake if you don't stop there for you car needs!
