Parked in a disability spot and the worker felt that that wasn’t good enough for him because I’m disabled and that was his spot when he didn’t have any disability they discriminated against me and my disability and are awful people and refused to answer the phone to even address it do not go here. They are not honest people and they hate you. And let you know it. Save your money

He is nice and fast with his work. Very affordable. Don’t know if they take tips or not.

My daughter’s car broke down and it ended up being a small fix that she had missed when looking over it (she’s 17), broken clamp on a hose. She was charged $260. $60 for a clamp, $200 for labor. Are you fellas that dense that replacing a clamp took you two hundred dollars worth of time? Or was the teenager stranded on her way home just too fun of a target to price gouge and rip off? To add insult to injury while her car was being fixed she went out of her way to bring the workers croissants from a local bakery as a thank you for helping her out of a stressful situation. Hope you feel like real honorable men.

Since moving to the area a year and a half ago, we’ve had two of our vehicles serviced and/or repaired (1998 Suburban, fixed a defective TDM - Theft Deterrent Module - which was quite complex plus engine seals; 2015 Acura RDX, routine 100K maintenance). These guys have integrity, are upfront and very expert at what they do. I could not be happier, especially with my old ‘98 Suburban which, as the original owner, I really want to last a long time. It’s been three months since they fixed several leaky seals around the engine and I have not had one drop of oil on the ground since! Also got to mention my AC on the Suburban which never worked right until they diagnosed and fixed it! Finally, they are very well respected around the area because when I talk to other shop employees they are very positive. They also referred us to three other shops in the area for our other auto needs when things came up and all of those experiences were very positive as well! Thanks to all we have met there including Henry, James, Chris, Caleb and Alyssa!

Took our 2012 Toyota truck here for an ac fix about a month ago. After 2 weeks, we went on a family trip to Utah and the ac started blowing hot air. It was 93 degrees out! Our brother-in-law hooked up the ac to his gauges and did an inspection. He found the shraeder valve was leaking. Luckily, he had an ac recharge can to fill it. Thankfully, It got us home in 99 degree weather. Today, after we got back, we called and precision automotive informed us we needed to repay the original amount and more to get it fixed. If they had done their job originally, they would have found the leak and fixed it the first time. Needless to say, we have lost trust in them and won’t be returning.

I trust Precision Automotive completely with my vehicles. Most recently they went absolutely above and beyond in working on my Toyota Pickup. Very upfront and clear every step of the way while diagnosing a problem that was intermittent. They nailed it!!! I inherited the truck from my dad so it had emotional value beyond it's book value - they understood and honored that while making sure dad's truck was top notch for me. The most important thing for me is the trust that repairs are done well, honestly billed and with expertise. Every member of the team is incredible!! It might take a while to get on their schedule but the wait is every so worth it!!!!

Subaru broke down and the tow company dropped it off at nearly midnight. At first we were nervous with the couple of negative reviews but are thoroughly impressed and pleased with their customer service and expertise. They were upfront and honest about what needed to be done with the car and took the time to explain its issues. On top of that, they were helpful and went out of their way in getting us around town. After extensively looking at the car, I genuinely believe they undercharged us for their labor as they only ended charging us for an oil change. Definitely recommend.

We took a vehicle in for major service and dropped off a broken F150. James and the crew performed the needed repairs. We picked up the truck and returned to Portland with no problems. This was a very big repair and maintenance service. I would refer anyone who needs auto or truck repair to call this shop to get on the waiting list to get in and get any needed maintenance or repairs performed.
